20 step-ups
20 wall push-ups
20 leg lifts (each leg)
100 dumbbell lifts (each arm, they weigh 3kg each)

BUT will do 40mins treadmill.

went for my run/walk round the waterworks after work.

I can't wai8t to get my bike on Friday. I worked out riding to work and home will actually save me 1/2 an hour a day!! since I don't have to spend time driving and then exercising, I can combine travelling and exercising.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
