I hired a treadmill yesterday. I thought I better do something as the walking is not working enough for me yet. Plus I am eating too much at this stage. Next week things should get back to normal. This morning I got on the treadmill for an hour and walked 6.3kms and it was 450 calories.....yay!!! I am going to jump back on it shortly for another 30 mins tho I probably won't do the spurts of up to 7.5kms I was doing. I made sure I did 3 sections of about 3 - 4 mins each of maximum heat rate. Tho I am not sure what my maximum heart rate is meant to be!!! I was around 170 - 180 bpm. I was sweating so I am assuming I was doing good!!!
I went on the treadmill for another hour in the evening, burned 300 cals, and walked 5kms. I took it a bit easier in the evening.
