45 min walk run - 20 mins walking then for the last 25 mins was 4 mins walk, 1 min run. I'm SO unfit with running but going to up it bit by bit each week.
20 mins home fitness circuit with light weights and reps of 15 as well as star jumps, knee lifts, skipping etc.
20 laps of a 25mtr pool. Half freestyle, half breathstroke.
I was going to ride one of my horses this arvo but its so hot and i'm too tired!
