Week 6 Day 2 C25K Running Program (5 min warm up walk, 10 min run, 3 min walk, 10 min run, 5 min cool down walk) + extra 4 min cool down walk + stretching

45 min walk/run. 20 mins walking, then 4 mins walk, 1 min run for 25mins.

30mins curves fitness circuit.

I binged today though, my exercise won't even cover my binge but hopefully it will help :oops:
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

1hr 45 mins cardio
20 mins weights

And... came out even calorie wise (so you can have a guess at how much I ate and drank lol)
