Went on the treadmill for 45mins this morning. Burned 360cals and it was 5.1kms. It seems the higher the incline, the more calories you burn!!! So I had some heart rate sections using the incline and also did 2 sections of running! I was buggered afterward!

I didn't do any exercise specifically today, but racked up 9500steps during the day walking round town.

I was so excited about my new bike I rode it around our driveway for a little while - long enough to convince myself I'm gonna die if I ride it on the road - and then came inside and thoroughly read the manual.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

went for a 45 minute walk today.very shins were really hurting today i just keep thinking about the fat that will be disapearing.
