I didn't do any exercise specifically today, but racked up 9500steps during the day walking round town.
I was so excited about my new bike I rode it around our driveway for a little while - long enough to convince myself I'm gonna die if I ride it on the road - and then came inside and thoroughly read the manual.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
