^ Well done! A great start to the new year
So far I have done:
40 min walk/run. 15 mins walk, then 25mins of walk for 4mins, run for 1 min.
20 min fitness circuit at home with light weights, knee lifts, star jumps, twists, sit ups, ladies push ups etc.
I might go for a horse ride later too.
I have so much housework to do though so it will all depend on how tired I feel after that - I HATE housework!!!
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
