worked and did the shopping, racked up around 14000steps apparently. I figure that'll do for today. I've been pretty slack the last week or so, but I'm still getting used to the change in routine with work, so I'm just taking this opportunity to take a bit of a break.
Hopefully from Monday I'll be getting back in to the regular daily exercise with my bike (assuming I don't kill myself)
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
