20 min horse ride

20 min brisk walk

30 min fitness circuit

20 laps of 25mtr pool, approx 20mins. I did this straight after curves so I was really proud of myself :D I reckon I could've done another 10 laps but didn't want to push myself too much. Maybe next time.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

27 push ups using my fitness ball - God I love it :D
10 minute upper body workout.

I think I worked my brain out along with my body...just saw that I said it was Tuesday today :oops: You know what I mean, at least I got the date right :lol:

Today was our first day back on track really. The gym was closed yesterday!

We went to the pool and swam. Until I got really annoyed with all of the children in the pool, and the other lanes were being used by swim school! Dob!

40 mins on my cross trainer in the morning
50 mins walk during my 30 minute lunch break :twisted: (don't tell!)
20 mins stepper and 20 mins treadmill at the gym
30 mins weights

20 minutes on the treadmill in the afternoon on a speed of 6km, did 3kms.

30 minutes on the treadmill later in the evenining on a speed between 5km to 7km and did a further 2.2kms.

All up, 50 minutes on the treadmill and did a total 5.2kms.

Very satisfying.
