*Yawn* Just woke up. Am going to the gym.
Thinking
30 mins X-trainer or treadmill (with -serious- effort to run, not just toddle along).
Once through the express weight area.
Crunches (50 if possible)
Press Ups (side-to-side on BOSU ball)
Squats
Tri-cep Dips
Bridge (one of these days I am gonna make it to a full minute otherwise my PT will kill me).
Then a lovely shower, sushi for lunch and off to Maylands to look at another unit XD

Will update this arvo to see if I followed through.

10 minutes bike

45 min walk run. 15 mins walk, 30 mins walk 4mins, run 90 seconds x5. This was my first day of doing 90seconds, previously it was 60seconds. Man it was hard, i'm such an unfit runner!

30 mins weights on upper body as well as push ups, sit ups, star jumps etc
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

I'm back, hurrah
Results -
15 mins walk/run on treadmill (managing to get up to about 4 minutes flat running, 2 minute walk)
20 minutes on x-trainer, level 6.
Full round of the express strength circuit - med difficulty (could've pushed myself more with the arms).
20 tricep dips
1 minute bridge (woo! First time! Going for 90 seconds next time)
20 side-to-side press ups on BOSU half ball
50 crunches using medicine ball (surprisingly fun, improves balance too)
20 squats

Had forgotten how rewarding a serious work-out was. Yay. Boxing with the PT tomorrow.

Yay, I went! I actually FELT like going as well! It was hard as it is the first day back actually in teh gym (and not just at the pool). Our old cards had run out (program cards) and I had to ask a gym instructor to redo them. Eek! But he seemed nice.

Anyway...

15 mins treadmill (during which the instructor came over to talk to me about my program and I nearly died trying to walk and think and puffa t the same time!)
10 mins bike
5 mins rowing

then crunches, some squats and then my stretches. We skipped the weights today as just had a short time to be there and wanted to ease into it!

I feel good! Dinner is cooking!

I did 30 mins of walking on the Tready yesterday. :oops: :)

I just want to eeeeeease myself into the excercise atm so that I don't end up with Shin splints again :roll: :?

But hey..at least I did a little "something" :wink: :P :D

Before work:
30 mins stepper
30 mins treadmill
30 mins weights

Lunchtime:
40 mins walking

After work:
12 mins rower
13 mins excercise bike
10 mins treadmill running

30 minutes on the treadmill in the afternoon, did a total 3kms.

Later in the evening went for a walk around the block with the boyfriend, took about 20minutes, did 4,000 steps according to my pedometer.
