45 min walk run. 15 mins walk, 30 mins walk 4mins, run 90 seconds x5. This was my first day of doing 90seconds, previously it was 60seconds. Man it was hard, i'm such an unfit runner!
30 mins weights on upper body as well as push ups, sit ups, star jumps etc
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.
