30 min walk/run, mostly walking but 5 spurts of 60-90 seconds of running.

30 min fitness circuit at the gym

30 mins upper body weights, sit ups, push ups, star jumps and skipping.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

I should just copy and paste from yesterday :roll:

Today I have done...
30 mins stepper
30 mins treadmill
30 mins weights
40 mins walking outside in the heat and getting burnt!

What will I do tonight? Same as yesterday or something different? How about....
20 mins on the cross-trainer at the gym (I've never used it before, since I have my own at home!)
Abs and stretching.
Sleeping, lots of it. Ok, don't think that counts, but anyway.

30 minutes of boxing with PT (also included squats, kicks and ab work (50 crunches with no stopping! New milestone!))

15 minutes half-assed on the elliptical trainer. 100 calories burnt exactly.

Plus sweating off about 2 kgs in the humidity XD I wish...
