Today I have done...
30 mins stepper
30 mins treadmill
30 mins weights
40 mins walking outside in the heat and getting burnt!
What will I do tonight? Same as yesterday or something different? How about....
20 mins on the cross-trainer at the gym (I've never used it before, since I have my own at home!)
Abs and stretching.
Sleeping, lots of it. Ok, don't think that counts, but anyway.
