30 mins fitness circuit at curves

35 mins swimming - 30 laps of 25mtr pool, thats the most i've done so far, and especially after the gym, I was stoked!

25 min walk
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

1hr 25 mins cardio at the gym
15 mins or so of light weights and abs
