an hour and a half riding the bike. We went from town out to Moonah and back. (the way I would be riding to work, minus the first hill)

Feeling much more confident now and have signed up for an adult ed class called "getting back on your bike"
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

"You can't change the winds, but you can change the sails"

"Reach out and take control of what lands in your lap"

Good on you Tegan with the bike. I don't ride mine very often because I hate having to wear the helmet. I am considering getting my partner to put a basket on the back so I can ride to town to get the mail or milk or whatever. But I will wait and find out if I get this job. I applied for a job a few weeks ago and I have an interview tomorrow :? I only applied to stop my partner hassling me about getting a job. I don't need to work, and would rather not because of the kids etc but he knows I get bored and then get depressed. So he wasn't hassling me for himself so much but because he knows how my mind works!!! So I sort of want the job but then I don't either as it is a 35 minute drive each way each day and I know I am going to get annoyed with that, plus I will have less time to do what I want at home!!! Anyway enough of that because this is meant to be daily exercise!!! So on tuesday I did 35 mins on the treadmill, total of 4.1km and 300 cals!!

Keep Smiling!!!
