35 min walk/run - mostly walking, I have to quit smoking if I ever hope to run more than 90 seconds at a time :oops:

30mins fitness circuit at curves

25 mins swimming - 30 laps of a 25mtr pool. I shaved over 5 mins off my time from last time I went :D
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

40 min walk

Tonight at the gym...
20 mins stepper
20 mins treadmill
30 mins weights

I did 30 mins on the Tready yesterday. :D

I'm picking up a friend's Exercise bike this arvo, so that'll be a bit more fun..hmmm maybe LOL..my butt probably won't think so :wink: :P :lol:
