Again, not much today, although I probably do a fair bit of walking around the office and to and from my car which I park a block away.

I am intending to ride my bike to work tomorrow.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

total of 1.5 hours on treadmill, 750 cals, 9.6km.
