Went for a walk in the botanical gardens for work (with the Carers walking group)... not the fastest walk, but moving is better than not moving! We didnt stop and smell TOO many flowers!

30 minutes exercise bike
15 minutes rowing machine

25 min Treadmill (5 min warmup, 15 min intervals, 5 min cooldown)
Upper & Lower Body Weights + Abs + Stretches

30mins fitness circuit
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Went for 30 minute walk with burst of jogging. I'm not gonna push it to much to fast its only day 1. Goal is to be able to jog at least half the track without stopping.

30 mins stepper
30 mins treadmill
50 mins walking (my lunchtime walk plus I had work to do :shock: that involved walking also)
10 mins rower
10 mins excercise bike
10 min run on treadmill
about 15 mins of light weights, abs, etc.
