2 bursts on the treadmill totally 1 hr 27 mins, being 9.5kms and 870cals!!!

About 2kms walking along the beach
100 fast skips
100 step skips
50 medium skips

I didn't really do anything today, but did a good few situps while watching tv.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
