I've already walked for two hours and forty minutes today because I've had an insane number of errands to do. My feet and legs ache (I wore my FitFlops for all of it which works your muscles out more) and I still have about 40 more minutes worth of walking to complete tonight's grocery shopping and go home!

I'm also planning on using my elliptical trainer for at least 20 minutes later tonight and I'll be doing 50 sit-ups and 15 minutes of hand-weights.

I have to get all my exercise done before it hits 40 degrees tomorrow!

I can't go a even a couple of minutes on the bike before I feel the burn big time! And I have it set on almost the lowest level too  I always need to stop a few times during the session (15 mins max) and shake the knots out of my legs. Only the bike though, none of the other cardio :?
