Well today I am proud of myself...

30 mins Tready with a 4 min Run/Jog :shock: :D

30 mins Exercise Bike (16 kms ) :shock: :D

30 min morning walk

35 mins swimming laps - 40 laps in 25mtr pool

25 min walk after dinner tonight
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

30 mins stepper, 30 mins treadmill and 30 mins weights at the gym this morning
35 mins of walking at "lunchtime" (I went at 10:30am, narrowly escaping the heat!)
And tonight I'll do...
10 mins elliptical
10 mins jog on treadmill
10 mins rower
and finish off my abs, about 10 mins I guess

3 hour walk
30 minutes exercise bike
10 rowing machine
1 hour house cleaning, only adding it because it was different than what I would normally do everyday

I went back to aqua aerobics tonight! Did deep water and it was kinda funny, but I really worked my arms with the dumbell thingees!
