2km walk - went a new way so a few more hills included

Rode to and from work today. Haven't figured out how to use my odometer yet, so not sure how far. But it took 45 mins there and 1hr 10 mins back. On the way home I was into a headwind and then up the hill home so it was a lot of work. I nearly called the bloke to come and pick me up 3 times, but I just kept saying, I'll just see if I can get to X. And I got there.

I'm pooped though
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

40 mins treadmill(420cals, 4.6km)
