Today I did......

30 mins on the Tready with a 3.5 min run eeekk..I did it on #8 which is a bit hard to do when you've got Toddler's trying to jump on board :shock: :?

I've also completed 45 mins on the Exercise Ball with weights :D I forgot how much fun it was :P

So what were you able to do today??

I managed a 20 min run and 35 mins on my cross trainer this morning. And a 35 mins walk, which I was lucky to fit in as the cool change came in just in time! Off to the gym tonight, I'm thinking 25 mins on the stepper and 15 mins on the excercise bike, but I'll be setting the levels a bit lower as I'm soooo tired!!

30mins very brisk morning walk

2+hrs walking through shops on our day out today

45 mins 10 pin bowling

45 mins pilates
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

30 minues exercise bike
30 Minues Boot Camp

I did my (try to do daily) 45 minute walk and sweated my absolute butt off!! It was 43 degrees here today and I felt every bit of it! :P
