1hr sheep work - involving constant moving, lifting things, bending over, walking etc

30mins pilates

30 mins walk/run

A little lazy today but so tired and weak!
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Walking and shopping is great exercise Helen! I think i'm so tired from doing exactly that for 2+hrs yesterday!

Had my fitness assessment today, so the trainer took me through 10 mins of Tabata on the treadmill :D Was 30 secs running flat out, 10 secs rest intervals, it was good :D

90 minutes Horse Riding
40 minutes gardening
30 minutes mowing
30 minutes exercise bike

10 mins rower
20 mins weights

10 mins jog on treadmill
