45 min horse ride

30 min walk

15 min upper body weights

15 min pilates

Will do something light this arvo for 15-30mins, frisbee with hubby and the dogs or walking.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

20 mins on my crosstrainer
30 mins treadmill
20 mins stepper
10 mins rower
10-15 mins light weights/toning + abs

Plus, I WILL sweep and mop my floors... before dinner :roll:

Well it started storming when I wanted to go out for my walk, Instead I climbed up and down mum's stairs 5 times !

Been a while since I did that :D

I am so proud of myself i jogged 20 mins ( 2kms ) on teh treadmill today with out stopping!!
