35 mins on treadmill(390 cals, 4.1km), then 10 mins in pool just before lunch and then 25 mins in pool this afternoon. I am going to go back on the treadmill shortly when I have put dinner on to cook and do another 30 mins, which should be about 3kms. I dont go as hard in the evening as I do in the morning. Hopefully it will be at least 200 cals, depends on how hard I want to push the incline! No probs in the morning with putting it up to the limit of 15 but in the evenings I just dont have the energy to really push it.
