about 20 - 25 mins walking in the city

This morning i did general walking around the farm doing the daily chores that takes about 45 minutes.

This arvo i did 20 minutes on the treadmill, speed 5.5 flat.

15 minutes hand-weights.
50 sit-ups.
10 tricep dips (I hate them and I suck at them so that's my limit right now!)
30 minutes aerobic step work
30 minutes on the elliptical trainer
