This morning I went on the treadmill for 40 mins(490cals, 5.2km). I will go for a swim this afternoon once the pool is in the shade cos I got burnt yesterday!!! I am very surprised at that because I was only in for 10 mins at lunch time and for close to 30 mins in the afternoon about 3pm. So I will have to wait until it is in the shade because I dont want to get even more burnt.

about 30min riding on my bike round the waterworks
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
