30 minute walk, maybe more if I go shopping too.

48 mins on the treadmill(525cals, 5.4km). I am planning on going for a swim just before lunch. If I can brave the cold water!!!! Once you get in and get moving it's ok. We need to get the solar blanket worked out and get it on. We had it on for about 3 hours the other day and the top 5cm was like bath water! So if the pump was on and circulating it then it would be a lovely temp!

Went for a swim just after lunch. Firstly walked round and cleaned the pool with the sucker thingo and then did about 35 mins of laps, running around the pool and different exercises. Probably looked like a complete wally but hey I don't care. Was totally fatigued afterward so I thought it was a good exercise session. The beauty of the above ground pool is that you can do all the running and stuff in it cos it is all one depth. It is about 130 deep so it is great depth.

rode to work, 45 min. Rode 1/2 way home (had a crappy day and was upset and had a head wind so I got the bloke to pick me up) 1/2 hour
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
