2 hours walking
30 minutes tae bo

Just ate chocolate LOL so I guess I will have to do more exercise, why do I keep doing this to myself!

40 mins on my crosstrainer
20 min run
33 min walk at lunchtime (a record!! the same walk usually takes me at least 35-37 mins lol)
Going to attempt to get to the step class at the gym tonight, and then follow that with about 20 mins of weights/toning/abs.

35 minute walk - I hit 2.03kms !!!!
10 min upper body workout
18 push ups - my arms felt like jelly.

All up a 50 minute workout :D

Approx 45 min Weights Workout:
3 sets Dumbbell Chest Press on the Fitball
1 set Fitball Push Ups
3 sets Shoulder Press on the Fitball
3 sets Upright Row
3 sets Lat Pulldown
3 sets Chin Ups
2 sets Dumbbell Squats on the Bosu
2 sets Dumbbell Knee Lunges
Ab Hover to Fail

10 min Treadmill (3 min warmup, 5 min Tabata intervals, 2 min cool down)
10 min Cross Trainer (5 min Tabata intervals, 5 min cool down)

+ Stretching

Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!
