Treadmill in the morning for 51 mins(530cals, 5.6km), swim in the afternoon for about 15 mins. Did laps and tried to see if I could swim from one end of the pool to the other underwater. My lungs dont have great capability!!! I'm gonna keep trying tho. It's only 10m so surely!!!

rode to and from work. 45min there 1 hr 10 min back
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
