Treadmill for 1 hour(675 cals, 7km). Will go in the pool around lunch time and do another 30 mins or so.

we went out for dinner for work today so didn't get a chance to do my usual post work exercise. Will do some situps etc while watching"night of the living dead"
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
