60min boxercise class

I used my heart rate monitor while I was doing my boxercise class yesterday and have figured I burn around 1000Cal's while doing it... nice to be able to quantify it now! :)

Starting Weight: 62kg Current Weight: 55.0kg Goal Weight: 54kg

Goal Reached 22 February 2008, Must get down to 54kg again!

Today...
30 mins stepper
30 mins treadmill
20 mins weights
40 min walk

Tonight
10 mins elliptical
10 mins rower
10 mins excercise bike
and I'll finish off the weight/abs that I have skipped the last two days lol.

45 minutes walking around doing farm chores (pushing wheelbarrow, hauling hay bales, milking goat, mucking out stable)

20 minutes on the treadmill, speed 5.5 flat.

20 miuntes intense cleaning of bathroom :roll:

Ok so in total including the exercis I did in my first post, I achieved:

1 x 25 min morning walk
1 x 35 min evening walk
10 min Upper Body Workout
20 Wall Squats
20 x Push Ups

Totalling my exercise for today at 1hr 15 minutes :D

24 mins treadmill, 3 km on speed 7.9 flat

20 ball cruches (was hilarious i kept slipping off teh thing :lol: :lol: :lol: )

1/2 hour walk attempted to jog but was stuffed from the treaddy

I feel good!

I did:

5km treadmill on 1.5% incline at 6km/hr

Another walk after dinner around the block for 25 mins (approx 2kms)

15 mins weights - legs and butt

10 girly push ups

20 squats!
