just got back from a ride around the waterworks....when i got home I realised I'd locked myself out. :oops: Then the neighbour who I enlisted to help accidentally broke the bathroom window trying to get in. :roll:

Not my week.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

not good.i dont lock my back door when i go for walk.i went for 45 minute walk today.

yiu are probably right dolly,but i hate carrying keys etc with me.my dog isnt like a watch dog cause it is a labrador that would lick u to death.i should take your advice and lock up.
