10 min leg magic

I did 15 minutes on the x-trainer - doesn't sound like much, but it sure is a workout in a small amount of time!

2 hours walking around town

rearranging furniture

3.5 kms walk on treadmill at 6.0 - 6.5 and 0.5% incline

50 dips

20 push ups

20 squats (my legs hurt!)

40 minutes walking to and from uni.
40 minutes brisk walking to and from Albert Park Lake.
38 minutes running around the lake (slower than my usual time unfortunately).
20 minutes hand-weights.
50 sit-ups.
