a 40 minute walk today.i cant have a day of rest cause i have to compensate for my yummy food this weekend.

Today is usually my easy day but i have been busy last two days and havent done much so i had to make up for it today.

Over 1km walk on beach
3.4 km usual walk ( a bit of jogging too )

Didn't do any actual exercise today. Just walking round the shops shopping for new trousers (now a size 16).
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

yeah I know. I haven't fitted in size 16 since high school Now in the 80's too which also hasn't happened since high school

Well done Tegan. You must be feeling great.
Sundays exercise - treadmill for 30 mins(270cals, 3.4km) then I went straight into the pool for about 15 mins of laps. Then in the afternoon I had another swim. Laps for about 10 mins or so then I mucked around with the kids!
