rode to and from work today - 45min there 1hr 10 min ish back. give or take a couple of mins. Must figure out my little odometer thingie so I can do the kilometers challenge :?
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Didnt have a lot of time today so only went for a swim late when we got back from perth for about 15 mins or so.
