45 min RPM class
Upper & Lower Body Weights + Abs + Stretching

edit: 50 min walk on the beach .. was sooo nice!

20 min run along the river
35 mins on my cross trainer
33 min walk at lunchtime
And tonight at the gym (if I ever get there!!) will be:
20 mins treadmill
20 mins stepper
plus lower body weights and abs.

That walk on the beach sounds soooooooooooooo nice Em!

30 min walk/run

30 min fitness circuit

30 min combo of of leg magic, sit ups, push ups and pilates

10 min dancing to music max party tunes
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

2 hour walk
15 minutes exercise bike
60 minutes in the pool with the kids walking laps
20 minutes swimming laps
