Rode to and from work again today which was probably 1hr 45 min - 2hr total. My legs were buggered when I got to work, felt like they had nothing in them. Took a good few hours to recover.
The bloke reckons I need to eat more to accommodate the longer and higher intensity exercise I'm doing. I have been hungrier lately. Anyone have any thoughts?
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
