20 mins weights

(Ok, so that's 1 hour 40 mins... why was I at the gym for 2 hours 10 mins. What happened to the other 30 mins!!!??? Aliens?? :shock: )

2 x plank on ball
30x back extention with ball

30x crunches
30x crunches with twist
30 x reverse crunch
2x modified plank (friking hard!!!!)
