rode to the market for work and home again (20min there, 30 back). Then cleaned the house.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

30 mins on treadmill(318cals, 3.4km) was having a bit of a slack day. Tho did go shopping etc in the morning so would have walked another few kms there.
