30 mins on my cross trainer this morning...

then... I went rowing on albert park lake, woo hoo :D

then, at the gym this afternoon...
30 mins stepper
10 mins rower :roll:
20 mins treadmill

66km bike ride, 10km run and 2km swim... and to think that my coach considers this to be a recovery day....

I went to the gym and did body balance today. I thought I'd do something relaxing as it is sunday - when I put it in under exercise on calorie king - 1 Hour of body balance = 550 calories!! I was happy with that!

treadmill speed 6.0 to 8.1 flat
42.49 minutes 5.02 kms!!! Did have 2 min break at 2.5 km for phone call and loo break but VERY PROUD i got to 5 kms!

45 minutes tae bo cardio
