rode up the pipeline track to the water supply and back - 2 hrs
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

treadmill just before lunch for 45mins(490cal, 5.2km). Probably should have done more but the kids were whinging at me to make the toasted sandwiches for lunch!

today I did a 10km fu run,walk,jog . I walked down to get the bus to the starting line and got a ride back home but managed to do 18.6 km! :D 8)
