Treadmill this morning for 1 hr(7kms, 675cal). Hope to go on again this arvo.

Went on treadmill again this arvo. did 30 mins(3.3km, 275cal) and then jumped in the pool for laps for another 10 mins. Couldn't handle any longer than that cos it was not real warm, let me give you the tip!!! :lol:

rode to and from work today. Feeling a little under the weather though. Might be getting a bit sick so I'm planning to take it easy and have lots of rest tomorrow.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
