This morning:
40 mins on my cross trainer
20 mins running

Lunchtime:
35 min walk

Tonight I'll do:
20 mins stepper
20 mins treadmill
and some light lower body weights & abs

Whoopsies, accidentally put this on Monday's thread! The joy of being a mod :lol: :lol:

10 min Treadmill (Intervals). Had to stop after 10 mins cos my stupid calf was playing up Sad
10 min Cross Trainer (Tabata Intervals - 20 sec flat out, 10 sec rest)

Full Body Weights Program + Abs + Stretching

30 minutes Taebo Cardio

55mins basic bootcamp with Billy Blanks
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
