I highly recommend it , especially for cardio well its a mix of both strength and cardio. In fact I don't bother with crunches and things like that any more just do the billy blanks work outs it works your entire body
You don't need a lot of room on the floor to do it, but if you have alto of breakables on tables or book shelves around you might find it hard because of the roundhouse kicks etc. My kids normally steal the lounge room so I put the DVD into my laptop and take it outside or do it on my mat in the kitchen.

I highly recommend the Tae Bo series too, so much fun, and so much sweat LOL. There's a snippet of Tae Bo cardio 2004 on you tube if you would like to to try before you buy (even the boot camp is similar kinda )
