Treadmill 1hr 15mins(830cal, 8.7km). I just added up all the kms I have walked since getting the treadmill nearly 4 weeks ago and it is 155kms! But I am going to add to it again today as I am going to do some housework then back on the treadmill for another 3kms or so! I might even try a jog........uuummm maybe!!!
I got back on the treadmill at lunchtime and did 45 mins(475cal, 5.3km). I jogged for about 3 mins but I find it better to walk at about 7.3km/h and have the incline up full to 15 instead of jogging. Better for my knees as well I think!
