Treadmill 1hr 10 mins(750cal, 8.3km)

Treadmill in the arvo 45mins(480cal, 5.2km)

rode to work and back.

Made it all the way up a hill that I usually have to gett off on today.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
