Treadmill 1hr 20 mins(875cal, 9.3km). A huge effort!!! I wasn't sure how many kms I had to do to get to the 50 I had as a goal in the walking challenge. I was enjoying it too!!! I was listening to take 40 australia so at least I had good music!!!

We went to the race track. I was going to have a drive as I can now fit in to the racing seats more than comfortably, but the caretaker hung around all day and we were'nt going to pay an extra $95. But I walked around taking photos and helping change tyres
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
