treadmill 1hr(7.1km, 660cal). I am going to try to get on again this afternoon for another 30 mins or so when I get home from work but it will depend how I feel. Last week I worked thurs and fri and didn't feel like getting on the treadmill when I got home, but I was working locally and didn't have a 35 min drive home to chill out on. So I am hoping I will feel up to it. I would really like to do 10km a day because I am determined to get to Singapore!!!
PM - 30 mins treadmill (3.5km, 315cal). I got home and went straight on the treadmill, which gave me some energy as I was pretty flat from sitting on my butt all day at work!
