45 min RPM class
Upper Body Weights (3 sets fit ball dumbbell bench press, 1 set fit ball push ups, 3 sets fit ball shoulder press, 2 sets upright rows standing on 1 leg, 2 sets assisted chin ups, 2 sets lat pull down)
1 hour Body Balance class

30 min walk

50 min ultimate boot camp - couldn't quite finish off some of the reps so when my body hit failure I jogged on the spot

Will try and fit in another 10-30mins this arvo but have friends coming over so may not be able to, will edit if I squeeze in anything else.

Em, what is RPM class? I've been meaning to ask you that for ages! Also, what does the body balance class involve?
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

RPM is a spin cycling class :) It's awesome, loads of fun!!! Body Balance is a blend of tai chi, yoga and pilates :) Lot of stretching, balance work, a bit of strength work, and a lovely meditation at the end. Great for after a hard cardio/weights workout (like today!!!)

Walked around Tunarama for god knows how many ?? hours yesterday :roll: :|

However, the Kidlet's had a smashing time watching the FAIRIES..!! :P :D
