So far today I've jumped on the Exercise bike for 30 mins :D Wooo Hoooo...have to get my butt back into it afta a very slack week :oops:

I'll be back later on with the rest of what I've achieved today... :wink:

I've just completed a 45 min workout (2 dvd's) with the Exercise ball plus weights. :D

We'll be going back down to Tunarama today, so I'll be able to add a coupla hours of Walking around to my workout for today. :D

3 hours of walking thsi morning with Patrick in pram and my sister and her two dogs, Was A FANTASTIC work out!

45 mins at home cardio + abs work - leg magic, skipping, star jumps, jogging on the spot, knee lifts, push ups, sit ups, twists, kicking, punching, crunches, side crunches, pulses etc going for it non stop, boy I worked up a sweat!

30 min walk

25 mins swimming - 30 laps of 25mtr pool with minimal push off the walls.

Total 1hr 40mins
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
