Well, I did what Fiona suggested and have been down to the pool with my sister.

It's an Olympic size pool. I did 10 laps. Doesn't sound like a lot but I'm not overly fit and don't have much strength in my arms so it took a lot! On top of that, we walked around 4 or 6 laps to use our legs. In between we did some wall kicking and treading water.

I feel good after going for that swim!

30 mins pilates

30 mins horse riding

30 mins home cardio - combo of leg magic, skipping, twists, jogging, kicking, punching etc, non stop apart from a few 10 second water breaks.

15 min walk

Well done on the swimming Jess! Is that a 50mtr pool? Swimming is hard, 10 laps of a big pool is an amazing effort!

Hi fiona..

Yep 50mt.

It's really not that great but I don't have a lot of upper body strength so it was a workout for me!

Thanks for all the encouragement!

You know what Jess? When I first started doing laps which was about 6-8weeks ago I could only do 10laps of a 25mtr pool! I worked myself up and now I do 30-40 along with other exercise. So I reckon you did great!!!
